1. The service
Machinery Mall only displays ads. The site is not a party to any sale, purchase or rental between users and does not guarantee the condition of any equipment, the accuracy of any ad or the ability of any party to complete a deal. Agreement, payment and delivery are entirely the responsibility of the two parties.
2. Your account
- Your sign-up details must be accurate. You are responsible for your password and for everything done with your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from the My details page.
- We may suspend or block any account that breaks these terms without prior notice.
3. Ad rules
- Ads must be for real equipment that you own or are authorised to sell or rent, posted in the right category.
- Photos must show the actual machine; descriptions and prices must be clear and not misleading.
- Duplicate ads and ads unrelated to equipment and machinery are not allowed.
- Illegal, offensive or infringing content, and stolen or prohibited equipment, are not allowed.
- We may edit, hide or delete any ad that breaks these rules.
4. Messages between users
On-site messages are for discussing ads only. Spam, harassment and abuse are not allowed. Use the Report this ad button to report any ad or behaviour.
5. Featured ads
The site may offer paid featured ads. Featuring an ad only increases its visibility; it is not an endorsement of the advertiser or the equipment.
6. Liability
Machinery Mall is not liable for any loss or damage arising from dealings between users or from temporary outages. Always inspect the machine and its papers before paying, and follow our safety tips.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
